There is exciting news regarding lower back pain. In many recent studies, acupuncture proved to be just as effective in treating lower back pain as conventional treatments. That’s why we are thrilled to offer acupuncture therapy at our Bergen County office. So many patients have experienced dramatic results using acupuncture therapy and in some instances we have combined acupuncture with rehabilitation and chiropractic care to provide patients with immediate relief from back pain.
If you suffer from lower back pain, you know how debilitating it can be. It can be hard to stand or sit for long periods of time without experiencing pain.
At our Bergen County Chiropractic office, our NJ Certified Acupuncturist Jill Choriazzo, can effectively treat lower back pain with acupuncture therapy.
Using Acupuncture for Lower Back Pain at our Bergen County Office
When you come to our Bergen County office, our certified acupuncturist, Jill, will ask you a few questions and assess your condition thoroughly. Your acupuncture therapy will consist of using hair-like needles that are inserted along the pathway of the pain. Other points in the body may also be used depending on the severity of your pain and your pain triggers.
Acupuncture can put an end to the vicious cycle of spasms and pain experienced by many patients.
Many of our NJ patients have already experienced the benefits of using acupuncture to treat lower back pain. Additionally, acupuncture has a long clinical history of effectively treating pain. In 1997, the National Institutes of Health (NIH) officially recognized acupuncture as a safe and effective treatment for pain.
